15 Brilliant Brunch Recipes for Easter

Whether you’re serving Easter brunch as one of your main meals this holiday or just as a filler for your immediate family as they wait for the big dinner later that afternoon, these recipes are sure to help keep bellies full and smiles plastered across their faces.

Any good brunch consists of an even mix of sweet and savory, bread and vegetable, fruit and bacon. They are orchestrated to spread wide over multiple meals, and I suppose they work wonderfully for that in-between space between requisite (or not) church services and when the lamb is ready (or ham, if that’s your family’s thing).

Whatever the occasion, they are one of my favorite meals of any weekend, as they are often packed with all those "breakfast" foods I never really make for breakfast.

And don’t miss our roundup of ideas for breakfast with the Easter bunny!
