Le Creuset Revolution Spatula Review

I can hear your skepticism: a spatula is a spatula is a spatula, right? You’ll change your tune once you have Le Creuset’s Revolution Commercial spatula in your hand. Its ample size makes you wonder why you’ve been fiddling with middling versions for so long, and its blade—that’s what kitchen tool designers call the actual silicone part that stirs, scoops, and scrapes—is ingeniously designed to do all of those things incredibly well with very little effort on your part.

The long, comfortable nylon handle makes it easy to dig down into large mixing bowls and scoop up thick batters and doughs, while the tapering edges of the blade mean you can still get under the edge of a fried egg and turn that sucker over without trouble.
