  • 2 pound Salmon cooked, chilled
  • 0.5 cup chopped Celery
  • 2 Tablespoon Dill minced
  • 2 tbsp, drained Capers
  • 2 tablespoon Raspberry Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper


  • Break the salmon into large flakes, removing any skin and bones. Place the salmon in a bowl.
  • Add the celery, red onion, dill, capers, raspberry vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Mix well and serve cold or at room temperature
