  • 8 Cream Cheese at room temperature
  • 0.5 Sour Cream
  • 1 Lemon Juice
  • 1 Dill
  • 1 Horseradish drained
  • 0.5 Kosher Salt
  • 0.25 Black Pepper
  • 4 Smoked Salmon minced


  • Cream the cheese in an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Mix in the sour cream, lemon juice, dill, horseradish, salt and pepper.
  • Add the smoked salmon and mix well again.
  • Chill and serve with crudites or crackers.
