Cranberry Simple Syrup
Cranberry simple syrup can be used to make all sorts of cocktails, or even poured over ice cream. It’s perfect for winter-time.
Ingredients
- 1.5 Fresh Cranberries halved or slightly smashed
- 0.5 Granulated Sugar
- 0.5 Water
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the cranberries, sugar, and water.
- Cook until all the sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool slightly with cranberries soaking in the syrup.
- Strain and store in the refrigerator until ready to use, up to 2 weeks.
