Ingredients
  

  • 8 Cucumber Slices 1/4″ thick
  • Lantana® Sriracha Carrot Hummus or Lantana Beet, Black, or White Bean Hummus (any variety or flavor combination will work)
  • Corn
  • Shredded Beets
  • Roasted Red Peppers
  • Diced Red Bell Pepper
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Peas
  • Broccoli
  • Finely Diced Radishes
  • Edamame
  • Sliced Carrots

Instructions
 

  • Spread each cucumber slice and cracker with 1 tablespoon of hummus.
  • Top with a colorful topping… get creative!
  • Place on a festive platter and serve immediately.
