  • 2 Pound Ground Beef
  • 2 large Egg
  • 1 cup chopped Celery
  • 1 cup, chopped Onion
  • 0.75 cup, chopped Green Peppers
  • 0.75 cup, chopped Carrot
  • 1.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.75 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Ketchup (Low Sodium)
  • 2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt


  • Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  • Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and divide them equally in a pair of separate meat loaves.
  • Add a dollop of catsup to the top of each. Make a little design if you’re feeling creative.
  • Cover with tin foil and bake in a meatloaf pan or glass baking dish for about an hour. Or until middle is no longer pink.
  • Remove tin foil for final 15 minutes and complete baking while uncovered. ENJOY!
