Mango purée is easy to make, and also makes a great addition to any recipe. Use it in sauces, drinks, and ice creams too.

  • 3 Mango large, skin removed and pitted
  • 0.5 Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Lime Juice

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth. If too thick, thin out with a few teaspoons of water.
