  • 0.25 Butter melted
  • 0.5 Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 Lemon zested
  • 0.5 Lemon Juice


  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar.
  • Stir in lemon zest and lemon juice.
  • Carefully stir in melted butter.
  • Microwave lemon mixture for 1 minute. Stir.
  • Continue to microwave in one-minute intervals until mixture begins to thicken and coats the back of spoon.
  • Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
