  • 1 Strawberries Organic
  • 4 Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Granulated Sugar


  • Puree the macerated strawberries and their juice in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Rinse, hull, and quarter the strawberries, and toss with the balsamic vinegar and sugar. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or leave at room temperature for at least 4 hours to soften and macerate the strawberries.
